From Miss R <3

From the time I arrived until the time I finished, Shalista was AMAZING.  I have always been self-conscious and hard on myself when it came to my body and the way I look.  I do not see what other people see when they look at me.  I wasn’t sure what to expect and how the shoot was going to play out.  I had wanted to do a boudoir session for quite a while, but I kept telling myself wait until you lose some weight and then do one. It got to the point that I was hating myself and hated looking in the mirror.  I finally said that I need to do this for me and boost my confidence. The second I stepped into the studio, my nervousness was gone, and I was welcomed with a great big hug and smile by Shalista. During the shoot Shalista made me feel comfortable, beautiful, sexy and that it was all about me. 

This photo shoot gave me that confidence that I was wanting and needing all along.  It felt so empowering and I felt sexy as hell. When we reviewed the photos, I had continued to point out things I did not like about myself, from that point on I told myself I need to stop it.  I got an email saying my order has arrived, I went and picked up my book and I had no words, they were amazing. I couldn’t stop looking at them. I would definitely recommend this to all of my friends and would love to do it again myself.
