I’m Shalista, your Chandler-based boudoir photographer. I’ve been photographing women since 2003, and I’m here to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
We’ll talk through your ideas, choose outfits, and take the posing one step at a time. You can be excited, nervous, or a little of both. There’s room for all of it.
Your images can stay completely private. I share them only with a written, signed model release. On session day, it’s a women-only set, just you, me, and our female hair and makeup artist.

Boudoir Questions, Answered
Not even close, and no. There’s no age limit here, and women in their 40s, 50s and 60s are exactly who I love photographing. Posing, lighting and angles are my job. Your only job is to show up as you are today, because the body you have right now is worth celebrating.
Am I too old, or do I need to lose weight first?

Only women. It’s a private session with me and our female hair and makeup artist. Your photos stay private and are never shared without your written, signed permission.
Who will be in the room, and who sees my photos?

Only if you want to. You choose what feels right, from lingerie to implied nude to fully nude. Scars, stretch marks and tattoos are part of your story, and you decide how they’re shown. If you’ve been through a mastectomy, chemo or another health journey, I’m honored to be part of your story however you want to tell it.
Do I have to be nude? What about scars or stretch marks?

Where is the studio, and what does it cost?

I photograph in private, professional studio spaces around the Phoenix metro, chosen to be convenient for you, and your exact location is confirmed before your session. I work with women from Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee and Phoenix. Sessions are normally $495, and right now you can book for $199. Hair and makeup, wardrobe help and posing coaching are included. Images and products are purchased separately, with collections starting at $1,490, and in-house payment plans and AfterPay are available.
