I was very nervous about doing the session. I decided to do it because I had lost quite of bit of weight and was beginning to have more self esteem. I thought this would help me and also be a great anniversary gift for my husband. I was made to feel very comfortable while shooting. Shalista makes you feel very comfortable. The images were beautiful! The reaction was more incredible than I thought! My husband was amazed that I had done something like this and enjoyed the book I gave him very much! He said it was a very thoughtful gift and he wished I had done it sooner. I would definitely recommend anyone at any age to do this.

This was something that I never dreamed that I would have done. From the initial phone call to receiving my images was 100% the most wonderful experience ever. Shalista is absolutely amazing! She did such an amazing job and I cannot wait to come back and do another shoot!

My first thoughts about doing a session were, "No, way, not for me." But the more I thought about it, the more I thought, but why not me? As I read the reviews & looked at the website, I decided I really wanted to do this, for me & as a gift to my husband. I was nervous, but more excited. It was thrilling to plan it all as a surprise. Lacey & Shalista were both so amazing & made me feel right at home in the studio. The results of the shoot were beyond what I expected. I have not ever felt so beautiful, & cannot wait for Christmas to see my husband's reaction. I would 100% do this again in the future, & would recommend a shoot to anyone. I felt so safe & comfortable, & wonder what a 2nd shoot would bring out in me! Shalista does such outstanding work, & am so thankful I did this!

When I booked my shoot, I was super nervous. I am 32 years old and I have triplets! So needless to say I wasn't confident, BUT Shalista made me feel so damn sexy about myself! I felt comfortable and ready to rock that shoot! I wouldn't hesitate one second to do another shoot with her! I'd do one every year if I could. I feel that as mothers with our busy schedules and all the giving we give all year, that once in a while we deserve to pamper ourselves and have a "me" day!

I was hesitant to book my shoot as I am not a super model! But seeing Shalista's amazing work including other women of my size gave me the push to just do it. I wanted to wow my man for our 10 year anniversary. Lacy did a wonderful job on my hair and make up. When it was finally time to take photos, I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Shalista took her time. She was professional and friendly throughout our time together. By the time I left, I was so excited to see my images! It was definitely worth the wait. I had a hard time choosing and even purchased several extras including a wall canvas which my BFF told me to hang in my living room because it is a "stunning piece of art!" When my man opened his little black book, he was speechless and even teared up. He said he now has proof to remind me of how beautiful I am. I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. In fact, I stole the canvas for myself! I cannot wait for the opportunity to do another session so I can to my "art collection"

I was excited and nervous when I first decided to do a session. Excited, because I knew my husband would love the outcome. Nervous, because I've never felt particularly photogenic let alone sexy in photos and I didn't want this to be further proof of that! Frankly, all of my anxiety was completely unwarranted. Even before the day of the shoot I started to feel comfortable with the process, and on the day of the shoot I felt like a different woman. Suddenly, prancing around and posing in my sexy undergarments was fun! THEN I got to see the result ... incredible! At first glance I was completely subjective (I even thought to myself "I hope she realizes how pretty she really is") ... and then I allowed it to sink in that these really were pictures of ME ... not some pretty stranger, not some touched up and 'photoshopped' pictures of someone else .. but really incredible pictures of ME! What a revelation!! At that point my anticipation and excitement about the process turned into excitement about giving them to my husband as a gift! He was speechless ... and at first, pleasantly confused, because he couldn't figure out how I had pulled it off (no pun intended)! Then he really looked at them and realized that in some of the shots I was wearing his hat and shirt or my wedding dress and got pretty emotional about how truly intimate they are. He definitely has his favorites (as do I) ... and his only complaint is that his "bragging rights" now come with some self-imposed censorship .. ha! I wouldn't hesitate to do this again and will recommend it to every woman interested and willing to listen!
